Infratec was founded in 2002 by Mr. James E. Mathis, P.E. (President), Mr. Robert W. Troxler, P.E., Mr. Robert Puccia, P.E. and Mr. Keith Hendrix, P.E. In 2003, Mr. Tyler Hewitt, P.E. joined as a principal. With over 125 years of cumulative experience, the partners at Infratec comprise a diverse background including regulatory experience, government leadership and consulting engineering. Each individual employee at Infratec is committed to engineering excellence for every client.

The Infratec staff includes eight registered engineers, one registered land surveyor and one engineer registered as an Engineer of Record with the Georgia Safe Dams Program. Infratec's engineers maintain professional registrations in Florida, Georgia, and Kentucky. The partners at Infratec have been active leaders in the development of environmental facilities throughout metropolitan Atlanta and the state of Georgia, providing cost-effective engineering expertise and consistently exceeding client expectations. Blending project experience and regional knowledge, Infratec is well equipped to meet our clients' needs.

Our main office is located in Sandy Springs, Georgia. We also operate satellite offices in Hiram and Dawsonville, Georgia.
